LSF Capital mandated to identify investors for a sustainable construction and housing project

In the context of its advisory activities, LSF Capital has been mandated by local Senegalese entrepreneurs to structure an investment vehicle aimed at fundraising and implementing a project involving 16 villas of 500 m2 each, to be built in a palm grove in Yayem (Saloum Islands – 2 hours from Dakar).

Casa Industries was founded by  300 Senegalese people, who wanted to create a cluster to better promote the agricultural potential of Casamance, by setting up food processing industries. The goals are to create wealth, jobs and local development in the area. Today, the company intends to make its first investments in the agro-industry with the launch of projects for groundnut processing plants, fruit nectar production and cashew nut processing.

In order to carry out the project, Casa Industries called upon LSF Capital to act as Financial Advisor for the initial raising of bank debt and equity.
